One of the many cool projections on the courthouse during this years Winter Festival. I love the little coloured squiggle in the sky, I figure it was the light projecting on a bug during the long exposure.

To infinity and beyond. Mountains of Fire
Look on the horizon toward Sydney right now and you can see the Hazard reduction taking place in Winburndale Nature Reserve. It's quite faint with the naked eye, but a 30 second long exposure really shows the detail. It looks quite threatening looming above the houses.
Pink Moon Rise
Beautiful moonrise with a pink cloud sunset. You can even see Bathurst airport at the base of the mountains in front of the moon. This one is a case of right time right place :)
