This is one of my favorite seascape locations. This was such a spectacular sunset on the day I took this on my last visit to the Gold Coast. It took a while to build up the courage to cross the gap, but got here in the end. The tide was coming in and the sky was fading fast, so I didn't have long. This was the first shot taken on the other side of the rock, and has the strongest colours in the sky. After the sky faded I didn't waste too much time timing the waves again to cross the gap back to the mainland. Didn't really fancy spending the next 6 hours out there waiting for the tide.
